Andy Reflects on his time at Emerge
I came to Emerge over three months ago in Crisis. I was broken, beaten down and I felt alone. I knew something had to change so I took a leap of faith and committed to the programs that are offered at Emerge. In a few short months, I have met many incredible people from all walks of life, dealing with similar issues to mine. They welcomed me in and it was truly a blessing. I am grateful for that and their willingness to do so.
The staff here have been remarkable. Dustin was my counselor and what he helped me achieve is so appreciated. We started off talking about how the Bible indicates all that happens in our lives and how it is handled. Through many great sessions, he helped me find God OH how things have changed so drastically!
My family and I are so much closer. My wife and I have merged even closer in our relationship with the Lord. My relationship with my children is better than ever. All I can say is thank you to Dustin, Cara, and Emerge. Thank you for caring and changing the future for so many. I hope that the broken, beaten down, and lonely can find Emerge and let these great people do God’s Work!
