A Message of Gratitude from the Director of Treatment Services
Over the past several months, I've had the privilege of watching our team show up for our residents—and for each other—in ways that continually remind me why our work matters.
As our programs continue to grow at a rapid pace, we've naturally felt the strain of short staffing and shifting responsibilities. Yet instead of allowing these challenges to slow us down, our team has rallied together with a level of unity and heart that deserves to be highlighted.
Living Our Core Values
What has stood out the most is how consistently our staff live out our core values in both the big moments and the everyday details.
I have seen Unwavering Faith on display as we offer our residents patience, kindness, and hope for their future, even on the difficult days. Our ability to maintain peace, joy, and steadfastness creates an environment where healing becomes possible.
Our Compassionate Tenacity is equally evident. Whether we're adjusting schedules, learning new roles, or supporting each other through challenging situations, our team continues to show up with dedication and heart.
Our Clinical Services
At Emerge, we believe that lasting recovery requires more than just addressing addiction — it requires healing the whole person. Our clinical services team provides:
- Substance Use Group Counseling - PHP, IOP, and SOP programs
- Individual Counseling - One-on-one substance use and mental health support
- Case Management - Coordinating care and resources for each resident
- Mental Health Services - Treating co-occurring disorders
Supportive Services
Beyond clinical treatment, we offer a range of supportive services that help residents build a foundation for long-term recovery:
- Peer recovery support
- 12-step recovery meetings
- Faith-based recovery meetings
- Nutrition education (OSU Extension)
Vocational Pathways
Our clinical work is enhanced by vocational opportunities that give residents purpose and prepare them for life after treatment:
- On-site second chance employers
- Off-site second chance employers
- The Trades InstituteTM vocational training
- On-site Ohio Means Jobs center
