Second Chances in Action: Five Star & Rapid Response Team Up

New Business Partnership Expected to Create Dozens of New Jobs, Expand Curriculum at Emerge Center

XENIA, Ohio — A new company now operating as part of the ecosystem at the Emerge Center is expected to create dozens of new jobs in the area while expanding the options available to students within the ecosystem.

    Rapid Response Restoration Services

As a proud partner of Five Star Home Services, Rapid Response Restoration Services recently commenced operations at the 2960 W. Enon Road campus in Xenia Township — joining numerous other area businesses and nonprofit organizations who have been a part of the growing movement for second chances.

    Creating Opportunities

This partnership exemplifies the second chance employer model that Emerge was founded upon. By bringing businesses directly to the campus, residents have immediate access to employment opportunities while completing their recovery program.

    Expanding the Ecosystem

The addition of restoration services to the Emerge campus expands the types of vocational training and employment opportunities available to residents, helping more people build sustainable careers in the skilled trades.
